I rebuilt the kernel after changing  NMBCLUSTERS ( as my PC has only 
128MB, changing NKMEMPAGES_MAX does not make much difference ). But 
it did not live much longer than before. ("out of space in kmem_map")

So I removed NAT port ( now PPPoE and global IP only) and added 
another NAT router( prvate <> global), then it stopped crashing ( the 
amount of PPPoE traffic is the same ).
It looks like having PPPoE + NAT + global IP on the same PC requires 
more than I did.
