Uh, I'm pretty sure NetBSD supports the 2110S in the "aac" driver. In
any case, RAID controllers do not generally provide a SCSI-like
interface at all, just logical block devices, so FreeBSD's use of CAM
should have no bearing on their portability.

I personally use NetBSD with 3ware and ICP-Vortex RAID controllers.
Modern Adaptec and LSI MegaRaid controllers should also work.
