You need another option to turn that on. (It syslogs this every ten
seconds or so.) It's probably one of the following:

    options         ACPI_PIR_GET    # Use ACPI to get the PIR table.
    options         ACPI_DEBUG
    options         ACPI_ACAD_DEBUG
    options         ACPI_LID_DEBUG

but you could check the device driver file to be sure.
