Hello,

Is there any particular reason we don't build 19200bps serial bootcode?
We have 9600, 38400, 57600, 115200, but no 19200.

I happen to need 19200 and have my own biosboot_com0_19200 setup, but it
seems silly it isn't in the tree.  I'll send-pr it later tonight if someone
doesn't beat me to it.
