This is an old IBM notebook, one of the ones with no "real" BIOS (just a setup
program to pick boot device). The cardbus controller in it doesn't get
configured; "NOT USED due to unconfigured interrupt". In my mom's much more
recent laptop, ACPI fixes this, but this one predates ACPI. Any other ideas?
PCIBIOS hasn't fixed it yet, but I haven't played much with the HINT values -
but so far as I can tell, cbb refuses to do any kind of guesswork on IRQ's
anyway.

Anyone gotten this gizmo to work?
