Hello!
I am running a somewhat larger calculation (MPQC)
under NetBSD-1.6.1 using 250MB RAM in a 512MB
machine.
When the calculation is using all its 250MB
of memory, the system load in top is around 50% !
Otherwise no IO or anything else is running, the
whole calculation stays in RAM.
Can anyone explain this strange behaviour?
