Hello.
I recently picked up an old Toshiba 220CS laptop, which I installed
NetBSD-1.6.1 on. So far, so good. The thing doesn't have on-board ethernet,
so I added an el-cheapo Cardbus network card - which turned out to be
a realtek 8139. Said card works beautifully when it's inserted at boot-
time. However, when I try to insert it *after* booting, the driver
somehow fails to attach, complaining with a
rtk0: can't allocate recv buffer, error=12
Furthermore, when I remove the card, it doesn't appear to be detached,
with all nasty problems resulting from that.
Is this a problem with the card, is this an issue with the cardbus
interface, or is this simply a misconfiguration on my part?
Kind regards,
Martijn
