I did a "cvs update -D20030220" in /sys/dev/acip, and got the same hang on
"reboot".

I have PCIBIOS_INTR_FXIUP disabled in both the 20030220 and latest
-current kernel, with all the other PCIBIOS things enabled, but no still
get hangs on "reboot". :(
