I have disabled all PCIBIOS_* options and only left PCIBIOS itself in, and
still "reboot" doesn't work. It doesn't find space for some devices with
the PCIBIOS_ADDR_FIXUP option though (uhci2, fwohci0, auich0). New dmesg
is attached below.
