Heh, this is quite contrary to what Mr. de Raadt claimed at the last 
USENIX.

Why does OpenBSD continue to insist on using "OLF" when the technique 
was soundly rejected by the FSF toolchain maintainers?

The recommended technique is to use an ABI tag note.  Linux, FreeBSD, 
and NetBSD use this technique quite successfully.
