I think it's better if process start time is moved to the proc structure
where it won't ever get paged out. I almost always want to see the
start time, and I think it's well worth the extra four bytes per entry
to have it there.
There has been lots of discussion about this in the past, but I don't
think anyone has done anything about fixing it yet. :-/
