	Well, in keeping with a suggestion on this thread, I
updated my user level binaries to 1.6.1_RC2 as well as the kernel.  Guess
what, the same problem exists.
I believe Fred's suggestion that the start time is lost if the process is
paged out might have some merit.  

Before waking up process 274:
buhrow 274  0.0  0.0 476   4 p6 IWs        - 0:00.00 -sh (csh)

After waking up process 274:
buhrow 274  0.0  0.3 476 360 p6 Ss    6:52PM 0:00.01 -sh (csh)

Does anyone know if this bug has already been filed against
NetBSD-1.6.x and if it has been fixed in -current?
