Yes, the hyperthreaded (sometimes also called "SMT") Xeon processors
appear as multiple physical processors to the kernel.  However, you
may need to use ACPI to configure HT rather than MPBIOS, and the ACPI
processor configuration code may still have some bugs to shake out.
