I THINK you need to write this file to a (E)PROM and plug it into
the socket on the ethernet card.

Clearly something on a floppy to do a diskless boot could be handy...

    boot net:netbsd ???

You need a 'normal' boot program with rarp and tftp and the ethernet
driver in it...  Just a trivial matter of finding all the right
bits of code and squeezing them into the available space (64k code
+ data).
