Source code of the software for linux is in

ftp://ftp.cyclades.com/pub/cyclades/pc400/

Although the configure file says:

echo " The PCI library currently supports only Linux, AIX and FreeBSD"

it seems the source code needs a lot of hard work
(of brave programmers) in order to adapt it to NetBSD.
