Does isapnp tell boards what IRQs, DRQs etc. to use, or does
it ask boards what they're already using? I'm having trouble 
making an ESS ES1869 based board work under NetBSD.

Another operating system says that the board uses IRQ 10,   
DRQs 1 & 3.  Should the board use the same values under
NetBSD?
