Hi

Has anyone tried NetBSD-i386 on these new-ish mini-ITX boards? I'm
particularly interested in the VIA EPIA Mini-ITX board since it seems to
be the only one I can source right now.

The main issue is the CPU - the VIA C3. From what I know it's not a Cyrix
C3 but an evolved IDT WinChip. VIA bought both companies and canned Cyrix
in favour of the WinChip while keeping the better known C3 naming...

As for the rest of the board, VIA Rhine networking and the standard fluffy
IDE - guess it's got the same IDE problems as the rest of the VIA range.
The rest I/O on the board does not interest me as I'm looking at it for a
headless, low noise, small foot print mail/web server at home. So at most
it will support 3-5 users and a website hanging of an 128k DSL line.
