For some reason, I no longer see any bios messages, and the first thing
that comes up is the NetBSD bootloader. The newish kernel (13 Aug) loads
and tells me

pciintr_header_fixup: no entry for link 0xde (0:1:0:@)
MMI ... going to debugger
Stopped in pid 0 (swapper) at __inl+0xa: movl %eax,%ecx

pci_conf_read()
pci_device_foreach_min()
pci_device_foreach()
pciintr_header_fixup()
pcibios_init()
cpu_configure()
configure()
main()

Could 0xde be the beginnings of 0xdeadbeef ?

Continuing seems to work(!) Am I dicing with death, and time for backups?
How can I figure out what is wrong?

Cheers,

Patrick
