Hello,

I'm attempting to run altq on a ppp interface and have not
gotten it to work. The behavior is similar to that reported
by others in the past: some of the ppp control packets do
not appear to get through and pppd eventually terminates
the connection. The LCP replies are the ones that aren't
getting through in my case.

I would note that I have run altq on the ethernet interface
in this same machine using the same config file (interface
name changed of course) without problems. I've even
throttled the bandwidth down to dialup speeds, so I believe
the config file is ok.

altqstat does show a total of three packets in the Root Class
pkts: field, of which two are in the Ctl Class and one in
the Default Class. I assume these are the stuck ones.

Normally I have ipfilter and NAT running on the interface,
but the results have been the same without them.

Anyone got this working ? Any suggestions ?

Thanks.
