Well I tried it on our Dell OptiPlex boxes with the ICH2 that definitely had
the too fast problem (we had a local hack in to adjust it down) and they
appear to work nicely now.
Also tried in a brand new box (2 days old) with the ICH4 and seems to work
nicely there as well so thanks.
