Hi,

First of all, this is my first mail to a netbsd list, so excuse me if
it's not the appropriate one for this report.

I've installed the 200206190000 snapshot from releng.netbsd.org on a IBM
Thinkpad 310 that was (happily) running 1.5.2 until now. The install
goes fine with the too laptop floppies, I selected the GENERIC_LAPTOP
kernel in the install too, but when it tries to boot from the hard disk
I get a kernel panic that looks like this:

cardslot1 at cbb1 slot 1 flags 0
cardbus1 at cardslot1: bus 2 device 0
pcmcia1 at cardslot1
apm0 at mainbus0: Power Management spec V1.2
biomask efcd netmask efcd ttymask ffcf
kernel: page fault trap, code=3D0
Stopped at	trap+0x20b:	cmpl	$0,	0x288(%eax)

db>

Is more info needed? The problem is fully reproduceable every time I
boot, not matter what BIOS settings I have, and doesn't exist in 1.5.2

TIA

Cheers,
