Hello,

Sorry for the late answer i had to go to the Hospital for a few days.

The Problem is "fixed".. I had this rtk0 watchdog timeout problem with 
the internal Ethernet card.. And now after i have tryed a LAPTOP Kernel 
for the PCMCIA Ethernet card the internal card works (with the Laptop 
Kernel :))
