Well. SCO Unixware is true SVR4 source, but for emul purposes it seems to me
that options SYSV and IBCS2 would both have to be set.

SCO Openserver was SCO SVR3 with SVR4 "extensions" and the change from 
COFF to ELF. It was not, at least initially, IBCS2 compatible.

SCO SVR3 and Opendesktop were IBCS1 (COFF) compatible. I used to write code
and build binaries for SCO SVR3 on Coherent which was also IBCS1 compatible.
