startx -- -bpp 16 from the generic kernel
and it almost works now. Every 30 seconds or so I get a refresh of
about the top eighth of the screen. Maybe the sporadic refreshing is
due to the interrupt 11 conflict of bktr0 and uhci0. The BIOS assigns
both PNP devices to 11. How do I separate PNP interrupts?
Do I force the irq in the kernal conf file like this:
bktr* at pci? dev ? function ? irq 10
Does MIT-SHM require the SYSVSHM?

dmesg

uhci0 at pci0 dev 7 function 2: Intel 82371AB USB Host Controller(PIIX4)
(rev. 0x01)
uhci0: interrupting at irq 11
bktr0 at pci0 dev 15 function 0
bktr0: interrupting at irq 11
bktr0: Hauppauge Model 38101 B410
bktr0: Hauppauge WinCast/TV, P
