Hi,

I use netBSD 1.5.2 as gateway for my lan. I want to limit the bandwith
to a specific server on my lan from the internet and it seems altq is th
software for it. But i'm quite a newbie with netBSD and can't figure how
to setup altq. I've try to rebuild kernel according to the docs provide
with altq 3.0. But when i reboot computer, network card doesn't work. Do
I have to create a basic configuration just before rebooting to access
the network card ? If yes how it should looks like? Besides I wanna know
if someone can provide me a little skeleton of what the installation
looks like ....

Ps: I think it could be a good idea to create some web pages about it, a
lot of people turn into dummynet for freeBSD cause they can't get web
help on altq. I'm about to turn my netbds experience into a web page,
maybe i can host such a page
