anyone ported dummynet to netbsd ? i need shaping to my clients, 4 example: i have
link to outside world 512 kbps, and I need to limit bandwidth to 32kbps, altq for
this i think not the right way or maybe i am wrong? 

anyone have any suggestions or thoughts ?
