Yes, I'm paying for ETRN. I have a "business ADSL" contract for my home, 
so I can do anything with the TCP ports (they're not filtered). In a 
near future I'll configuring DNS for sendmail but this is unnecessary by 
now, just need sendmail for my CLI MUAs.

I compiled sendmail 8.12.2 with SASL and all is working great except for 
one thing: sendmail only works if it's running as a daemon, not when 
invoked by NetBSD's mail to transfer to the ISP. Really don't know 
what's happening, need some time to verify.

If someone has a fix to this...
