Hmm.  I just tried it not 15 minutes ago, and it was working fine.

Did you try 'r' (to reset the system)?  It works pretty well.  The
error message above is because they don't have a bootable disk in 
the system.  But the BIOS stuff works great in the demo.  You can
move around, change BIOS settings, etc.
