On startup, I'm getting the error

/sbin/ipf: 1: syntax error: "(" unexpected
/sbin/ipf: 1: syntax error: "(" unexpected

when I run

/etc/rc.d/ipfilter start

from the command line, it works just fine. It seems to be a shell problem,
but running it under different shells doesn't seem to help the problem. Any
ideas?
