I have improved the howto based on the suggestions of Greg Oster, 
so now you won't end up in single user mode and have to fix the RAID
devices manually anymore.
I have also added more examples and slightly reordered some things 
so it should be more intuitive now.

Also, I have tested it successfully another time with a SCSI system.
