Oh well there was that. :)

Unfortunately even after I tried reserving IRQ 5 & 10, I had no success.
Just be sure I both reserved the IRQs AND disabled USB.

No luck :(

I notice that the link light goes out as soon as the NICs are
probed/configured.

Any other ideas?
