indeed.  they also say:

	4. # touch /export/client/swap 

doesn't the swap file need to be completely allocated?

	8.Add the following lines to /etc/exports: 

              #/etc/exports
              /export/client/root -maproot=root:wheel    client.test.net
              /export/client/swap -maproot=root:wheel    client.test.net

can you actually export a *file* via nfs?  i thought it was just
directories...
