I've been using the downloaded agp gart module from ftp.netbsd.org
to allow my i810 board to run X windows (3.3.6).

This worked with the 8/27/01 snapshot of -current, v1.5X. Under
1.5Y this module causes the kernel to drop into the debugger
(i don't have a copy of the message).

Enabling the new agp code in 1.5Y (with the new devices in /dev)
doesn't help. 'startx' just gives an ioctl error and quits.

Should I just be patient ;-) and use 1.5X & the LKM for now? Or
is there something I can do to make this work? I think I've
got an old PCI vid card kicking around, I suppose I could always
use that for now...

System is a Celeron 366, Intel i810 based motherboard, 256 meg
RAM.

Thanks,

Brian
