It's not broken out that way, so in general, all the sets are rebuilt,
and the boot*.fs floppies are rebuilt. In fact, for this particular
move, X for i386 didn't change in any material way, the packages
didn't change at all, it looks like the compiler didn't change,
either. You can view a summary of the changes on the web site, and
make your own upgrade plan. It'll certainly work to update only kern
and base, but you may miss a few fixes and documentation updates.

If you already have the sources for 1.5 or 1.5.1, the diffs are only a
few Mb, so that would be the way to go, but if you don't, and you've
never built from source, possibly not.
