Subject: Lucent Wavelan PCI adapter problems

I'm trying to install a Lucent Wavelan PCI adapter in an AMD Athlon
desktop machine with a FIC SD11 motherboard and AMIBIOS version NC610
running NetBSD-current, with no success.  I get the following messages
at boot time:

  cbb0 at pci0 dev 3 function 0: Texas Instruments PCI1410 PCI-CardBus Bridge (rev. 0x01)
  cbb0: NOT USED because of unconfigured interrupt

I have tried enabling all the PCIBIOS related kernel options, but they
make no difference.  The PCIBIOSVERBOSE output is enclosed below.  Any
suggestions?
