It seems that there are some problems with the ex driver. Myself and a
few other people have been having the same problems, but with a
different card (3c556). I haven't heard of a solution to this yet. You
might find playing around with the various PCIBIOS_FIXUP options in the
kernel helpful.

It it's any consolidation, I've managed to get the 3c575BT working.
