AOL! I have the same problem, but I haven't had time to investigate.
GENERIC works fine on this machine, but my custom config (which worked
with a 1.5.1_BETA2 snapshot) hangs at the "same" spot as yours. I
attach the config, and a dmesg from GENERIC.
