Ok, this has come up often enough now that I've applied the patch against
1.5.1 to fix things for older OPTi controllers and built a set of
install floppy images and kernels.

You can find these here:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/scw/1.5.1-opti/*

The directory layout should be self-explanatory.

So, anyone with one of the early OPTi controllers can use the above files
to install/upgrade to 1.5.1. :-)
