I've got an image now but:

cdrecord -v speed=2 dev=/dev/rcd1a cdimage.raw

gives:

cdrecord: Invalid argument. Cannot open SCSI driver.


My CDR is an IDE device:

cd1 at atapibus0 drive 1: <LG CD-RW CED-8120B, , 1.04> type 5 cdrom
removable
cd1: 32-bit data port
cd1: drive supports PIO mode 4, DMA mode 2


Does it have to be SCSI?   I have no scsi:(

what do I put for dev= for an ide device?
