Hi Steve,
I'm almost there. I'm having a difficult time trying to mount the procfs. Here's what I've done so far:
# ln -s /usr/pkg/emul/linux/proc /proc
Download the 5.1 binary from the FTP site in Canada to /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles
# cd /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles/misc/staroffice
# make install
Fails on procfs. So, I edited my /etc/fstab to look like this:
/dev/wd0a / fss rw 1 1
/dev/wd0b none swap sw 0 0
/dev/wd0e /usr ffs fw 1 2
/kern /kern kernfs rw
procfs /proc procfs rw,linux
Reboot, so this shows up in dmesg:
Cannot mount procfs -o linux error
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Anne
