I am also having Problems with my A7V and 1.5.1Beta.
1.5Beta2 runs ok, except gqmpeg locking up every now
and then.

But when I installed 1.5.1Beta onto wd1, the following
happened:

   pciide1:0:0: lost interrupt
           type: ata tc_bcount: 512 tc_skip: 0
   pciide1:0:0: bus-master DMA error: missing interrupt, status=0x21

   wd1: soft error (corrected)

I played around with BIOS Settings as mentionned by other posters,
but no difference.

Maybe the VIA Chipset or BIOS Problems are also the reason, why
I never got the AVM A1 ISDN Card to work. (Tried this with 1.5R)

So, buying the A7V was a wrong decision...

Heres the full dmesg:
