I have an asus A7V and have been having corruption problems for a good while.
I especially have difficulties including lockups with heavy disk i/o. ( There
are 3 hard drives on the promise /100 controller)

This thread gave me hope that I'd be able to stabilize my system, but when I
went into the BIOS setup screen and tried to turn off the parameters referenced,
I can toggle the flag to disable, but when I revisit the screen right afterwards
or after a power cycle reboot, the flags are still enabled for read caching and the
delayed transaction stuff. I updated the bios to no result.

Is there a way to make this happen in the netbsd driver?
