An upgrade via sysinst from 1.4 or earlier to 1.5 will move the
existing a.out shared libraries (system and X11) to /emul/aout.
So for an upgrade, you can continue to run a.out binaries
without installing an extra package. If you install 1.5
from scratch, you will need the compat_14 package.
