pardon me for interrupting if this is not the correct list for some *newbie*
type questions, please direct me to the appropriate list if that is the
case...

I have just installed NetBSD 1.5 on a gateway motherboard, running a celeron
366, 256MB of RAM, 7GB HDD, 10bT NE2000 compatible ISA NIC, ATI Xpert98 PCI
Graphics card... install seems to go fine... however....

I am having trouble configuring this machine to use DHCP. I have a Linksys 1
port Firewall/Router combo, connected to a Cable Modem on RoadRunner, and a
10bT 3Com hub. I'd like this machine to serve as the old reliable webserver
running Apache. I'm starting from a fresh install... I have read some of the
NetBSD documentation, and *most* of it seems to make sense... but when I try
to ping, I see the network activity light on the hub going, and I get the
msg.

"ping: sendto: No route to host "

So I'm assuming I probably don't have an IP dished out by the DHCP service
on the firewall. My Win98/2kPro machines work just fine with it. What things
can I check?
