These boxes used one or two SPARC 1 25 Mhz processors. They were fairly
slow for interactive use, but made good servers.

The last OS that I saw running on one was the ICL port of UNIXWARE with
some Solaris compatibility kludged in.

They are not, however, the same hardware design as Sun and won't run
SunOS 4 or Solaris.
