don't know how i've done it (or what it done) but after making new
disklabel on wd1, newfs'ing partitions, installboot and moved a lot to new
partition disklabel gets broken and unreadable.
if anyone can salvage it from attachment (gzipped first 4kB of /dev/rwd1d)
PLEASE help.

it was something like (but not exactly remember numbers):

partition a about 10MB beginning from sect. 63
part. b after a - about 350MB
part e - after b - whole rest

disk layout is like this:

# /dev/rwd1d:
type: ESDI
disk: ST320423A
label: fictitious
flags:
bytes/sector: 512
sectors/track: 63
tracks/cylinder: 16
sectors/cylinder: 1008
cylinders: 16383
total sectors: 40011300
rpm: 3600
interleave: 1
trackskew: 0
cylinderskew: 0
headswitch: 0 # microseconds
track-to-track seek: 0	# microseconds
drivedata: 0

4 partitions:
# size offset fstype [fsize bsize cpg]
  d: 40011300 0 unused 0 0 # (Cyl. 0 - 39693*)
