Hi,

they changed the way to go to the BIOS over the time. You could 
either contact their homepage or call their tech support. However 
you will need to know the exact machine name.

Does shortly before or after their logo shows or in the logo itself 
something like "F10" show up in the lower right part of the screen? 
In that case you might want to press the "F10" key shortly befor, 
after or during the logo appears.
