GCC is the world's best memory tester.  You have bad memory.  (Or a
motherboard problem where it can't drive the memory correctly.)

If you need more proof, note carefully where it dies, try compiling
again, note where it dies this time.  It will not be the same file.
This isn't a userland problem.
