I don't seem to be able to rebuild NetBSD 1.5 release; the
compiler dies with sig 11 or sig 4 after a while each time.
It seems to be a problem with the dynamic link interface
calls -- stack traces seem to show it dies in dlclose() or
sometimes dladdr(); a typical trace is:

    #0 0x81016e3 in ?? ()
    #1 0x80fea13 in ?? ()
    #2 0x8112f79 in ?? ()
    #3 0x80c275d in ?? ()
    #4 0x8055025 in _fini ()
    #5 0x806281f in ?? ()
    #6 0x80c1470 in ?? ()
    #7 0x80c3e0b in ?? ()
    #8 0x80490c1 in dlclose ()

..obviously, until I can rebuild gcc, I can't get debugging
symbols in the binary :-(. This happens both for the main
source, and several packages I've tried to build recently.

I've tried reinstalling the comp.tgz distribution from 1.5
release, without success. I'm running 1.5 release on a
K6/2-550; the system was originally installed from 1.5_BETA1
so there may still be some stuff left over from that.

I have previously managed to build everything, including X,
from the 1.5 BETA2 sources, without any problem; none of the
hardware has changed since then (apart from the addition of
a network card) although I have moved my sources onto a
different HDD.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
