I'm havin trouble updatin my bios since upgrading to WindowsMe.  It won't 
take.  Is there any way to accomplish this feat?  I've also lost my original 
software during a recent move and Sony has offered no help in replacing 
them.  Can you offer any assistance in having Sony perform a miracle and 
offer some kind of support?  If I have to go back to Win98 b4 applying the 
bios upgrade then I'll need the original software to reinstall all this 
beautiful software.  Thank u very much in advance.
